This workshop provides tangible information, tips, and strategies on how to get by in Germany and how to navigate cultural differences in the work environment. Module #2 It’s a family affair
During an international assignment, often the entire family gets up and moves to a new country. Leaving our familiar home forces spouses and children to adapt quickly to a foreign environment, and this puts a lot of pressure on a family and a partnership. Supporting the family of the ex-pat worker is an essential part of the success of the assignment. Happy family life makes a happy employee. This one-to-one coaching gives spouses all the insights and tips on how to get by in Germany and navigate the challenges in their new home.
Module #3 Doing Business with Germans
This workshop will enable you to gain a deeper understanding of the German mentality and their way of working. This interactive training ( virtual or one-to-one) focuses on the hidden characteristics of German business culture and is ideal for anyone working in Germany or with German colleagues and customers.
